It is one of the old-school food houses, basing its proposal on pure Madrid style gastronomy, with a XXI century vision. With entrance and views to Clavel street, the food house proposes a daily menu for lunch and a brilliant recovery of the cocido madrileño for lunch on Saturday and Sundays.

The menu is also available on weekends in addition to more elaborated proposals where the traditional cocido madrileño is the star, served in three “vuelcos” or servings with the finest ingredients. We start with the first serving, the cocido soup elaborated with very thin noodles, slow cooked and with loads of flavour. To follow, the chickpeas and the vegetables together with the third serving, the meats, chorizo, blood sausage, Iberian pancetta… to make the most of that bread!
